Went with the blue and gold huh....I think Im going blue and silver. (gold is just a little much for me, but to each his own) What options did you go with if you dont mind me asking?

1st sti has landed in the states

None-my dealer didn't know anything about them, I was lucky he could confirm the color for me. Heck, he didn't even seem to know the official price! As far as the gold being too much, I think this whole car is too much- I don't think it will be any more subtle with the silver...

I agree wholeheartedly that the whole car is already too much....Silver rims dont tame anything at all. As I said to each his own. Im stuck in a moral delemma about what color to get. Black jsut does it for me but a freind just bought a 2k3 rex in black and I dont wanna be that guy...would you default to blue and be a good friend?

The 03MY black is COMPLETELY different than the 04MY is! I've seen'em both side by side since I sell them and they're two different cars. The 03MY is the Midnight Black Pearl with the deep blue undertone. The 04MY is the Java Black Pearl with the bright gold undertone. Pretty Sweet color. They added it for 03MY to the Forester and it was so popular that they decided to add it to the Impreza for 04MY. Don't shy away from black cause your buddy got it. Really two different colors!

My buddy has a blue WRX with gold rims and the STi spoiler, but I had to have it in blue anyway, and he totally understands...besides, a black WRX is not a black STi, if you know what I mean...morals disappear at $32k, and anyway the car looks great in any color...

I have a Silver/Silver combination on order with a high number in camden county NJ. Deposit has been at dealer since december. I have been talking to the dealer on a fairly regular basis and the car should be here soon. But that is a guess just like anybody, they are at the mercy of SOA. SFRinNJ
