You can probably get it rebuilt with stronger parts than getting a complete stock built block for less cash.

Stronger Pistons wouldn't have helped you here. That sound is a rod bearing, and is caused by lack of oil/low oil pressure or extremely violent and excessive detonation.

What preceded this?

Were you driving aggressively? Racing? Bad downshift (e.g. 5th to 2nd)? Was it oil-starved?

Bearings don't spin on their own...

 

Oil starved. I had just changed my oil about a month ago and a week later I installed a downpipe and accessport on the stage 2 map. I was driving home from work and half way home when I would rev upto 3000rpm that noise started happening. I got home checked my oil and damn it was really low it took 2 quarts to fill it back up but it was too late. There was no sign of leakage of oil underneath my car when I lifted it so I guess I burned up through the oil really fast. I'm not gonna lie I did use launch control more than a few times not sure if that played a part in burning through so much oil

 

Ouch, hopefully the replacement is speedy.

 

I should've been checking oil frequently it was my own fault.

 

My sisters boyfriends good friend is coming to pick up my car Saturday or Sunday. He's gonna rebuild my engine.

 

Yep, thats rod knock, you spun a bearing most likely. Time to rebuild.

 

yup been there done about ~2 1/2 years ago lol trust me it was a shitty feeling. at the time it was either get the motor rebuilt with forged pistons/rods and such or sell it as is. if you already guessed, yes i got the motor rebuilt. goodluck
ps remember once motor is built means bigger turbo = more power with less to worry about lol
