Just to say that after a long four month wait I picked up my new blue STi baby.The biggest first impression I got today is the gearbox.Wow! is all I can say.Thanks for reading as I had to share my joy with you guys.

I'll take some picks 26 dec and post them.I've come from a old shape turbo and I can't believe the feel of this car. It feels so rock solid on the bends.No revs over 3500 at the moment but judging from it so far I can feel that I am going to be blown away when the redlines come.

As far as price goes, I'm in Africa so we pay so much more relative to income than you guys so it's not worth discussing.(Just say 5 years average working salary.)Dollar exchange rate kills us.

No options were given but We got the UK version.
I will e-mail JJ to post some pictures of closeups of other stuff stc.(silencer,etc)

By the way, we had to sign an indemnity form about only using 95 unleaded or higher.
