Great vendor, I ordered my BC Racing coilover from Josh and not only did I get an awsome price, but the shipping was really quick as well. I would definetly do business with them again.

I love dealing with importimage..I have bought one set of coilovers from there already and will need another set soon. I thought I was selling my car so I sold my coils like a dumbass and will need others.

I have also reccomended them to a bunch of friends who have purchased from them and have nothing but good things to say.

Josh and Import Image are awesome. I just purchased my second set of BC Racing BR coils from them (I sold the first set when i thought i was selling my car). Payment was easy, and shipping was fast, they shipped the same day. I had them a few days later. It's always easy and a pleasure doing business with Import Image.

I gathered this just from a 5 second glance at the website..I am guessing this is why you did not recieve the full amount back.

Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original salable packaging. No returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or merchandise that has been used will be allowed. No returns or exchanges on electronics or special order items. A special order item is any item that is not normally stocked. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any return. Your return must have our RA Number or it will be refused. There is a 35% restocking fee on all returns and canceled orders. Your authorized return must include a copy of your invoice for proper credit. After 7 days we will not accept returns. Price match only valid on items before purchase Inspect all items before installing them, as if anything is not right we cannot get you a new one if it is not new in the box. International orders are subject to higher shipping fees then notified on the site and we reserve the right to add to it.

Items that do not charge shipping will have a fee added such as hoods, trunks, etc. Anything requiring extra freight as they are truck freight only. Check with your Import Image representative for details.

I always by from Import Image and have had nothing be great experiences. I have recommended many friends to them as well and none of them have had any issue.
