Hello,
I want that windshield sticker in NJ so I have to kill two (out of three) of these "NOT READYs".
I think two (oxygen and catalyst) are related to rear O2 that is currently employed as wideband o2. The third EVAP is the one, I'm not so sure about. Maybe removing these white tubular sensors from Evap/PVC affected evap warning (I had the connectors bridged though).
What do you think? If I reconfigure my map and plug back rear o2 where it belongs it should get rid of Oxygen sensor and Catalyst? Evap is probably tough one? Just don't have much time for trials and errors so any input would be appreciated.

Just went through a similar thing so figured I'd chime in. Evap is typically the one that takes the longest to ready. In my experience, the Catalyst sensor won't ready until the Oxygen sensor is in ready state. Since you can pass with the Evap one not ready, it's probably best to plug the rear o2 back in. That should solve your issues pretty quickly (it took me about a 20 minute drive of mostly backroads for my cat and oxy sensors to ready)
