last week, my dealer called me up on my cell and told me, "would you like to come down and see your car?" After waiting for the car for so long, i was overly excited saying to him "no way!!! it's here???" and he replied "yeah, i got the brochures in today..."

my dealer told me two weeks ago, itll be here next week, last week he told me this week, and this week, he says soon. the dealership im working with says they are getting 3 STis in the first allocation, and they are going to be black, blue and white. Im waiting on the white.

I went to the dealer last night after another call from my dealer, and there is now a black STi in the lot. Ill post pics of that too.

I see a couple of WRB WRX's around here but not sure if I the owners are in this forum...Can't wait for next year...hopefully when I get my hands on an STi I'll join in with the meets 8) ... but right now I'm still a Honda guy.

CloneGTS, I'm with you on that one!...I used to love Black all the way... but...For some reason soley based on pics I've seen of all STi colors...I'm starting to like the White one a lot more than the Black...maybe because of the goldflakes with the Black is turning me off?...I guess I have to see them in person first...well I got time...still have about a year to go...hopefully they'll offer different colors (interior/exterior) by then...hehehe :lol:

Aite! 8) I can't wait to get an STi...I really don't have any designated dealers yet...not even sure if I'd get mine in NJ...I have a friend/coworker from NY and her bro is really good husslin' with dealers...He'll be helping me when it's time to get my STi... I prolly won't start huntin' 'til next year...say Feb/Mar?...What do you think? Is that a good idea?...I'm thinking of gettin' an STi around June/July next year...hopefully that's enough time for me not to have to wait... :roll:

you know, i noticed that too. from the pictures in the manual and looking at the car from far away, it looked awesome. i like the black on the regular WRX, but this gold sprinkle thing...

When I got close to it, like in the picture above, the color wasnt black with gold, it more looked like ... excuse the profanity, but diarhea after eating sprinkles...

it had this greenish brown tint...

btw, I actually like the black. it'd be my 2nd choice...the gold flakes match the gold rims really well. but to each his own
