I just wondering if it will be an extremely limited product run like the last STi they brought here which was in 1997. That car was the two door, and it costed about $40,000, and they only brought over about 400 or so. I hope its not like that with the new one.

If you're talking about the 22B then you're right. Only 400 of them were produced. I believe that was the prodution number required to run a car in WRC back then. Since then the rules have changed. Many more of them will be made than 400. You have to remember that they really do need something to compete with the EVO which is rumored to be having ~2000 coming over in 2003.

The best guess at this point based on some very juicy rumors is we will recieve 1700 per year.

from what I have heard its gonna be between 1700 and 2500.

1700 is the # from dealers from CO to PA, i actually saw it on an invoice from SOA at one dealer.
