I have had this sitting from a friends RSTI with 04 6 speed. I am wanting to either replace the disc or if this still has good life on it ill use it. What so you all think?

I would never put a used clutch in a car. It is such a pain to pull the tranny to swap it I would never even dream of putting anything in with less than 100% life to start.

That said, the disc seems to have a lot of meat left on it. Cant tell shit about the pressure plate from a photo. Break a tine putting an old pressure plate back in and your back to square one though...food for thought.
You can probably have the disc re-pucked. Try and find the brand and ask them. Never reuse a worn pressure plate. The fingers get weak with use.
Don't think the clutch has a ton of life left.

With the amount of time and effort involved in pulling the transmission, it makes a lot more sense to put something fresh in there.
The funds aren't there, I can afford a new disc, act 6 puck sprung, but is it possible to get the PP resurfaced?

Don't. Reuse. A. Pressure. Plate.
You can resurface a pressure plate. You also need to take the flywheel in as they will need to machine the "step" to keep everything within spec. You really shouldn't do this though as pressure plates get weaker with use.

Have the clutch disk re-pucked, its not expensive to have done, and buy a new pressure plate.
