HELP ME! SIMPLE QUESTION Fuel Rail install (Sidefeed)

Okay this is short and sweet. I took off my mani. deleted my TGV. put the TGV back on to the head. but the intake mani back on.. Can I put the fuel rails back ON without taking off the manifold again....? i tried to install manifold/ rails as one piece but it didn't work, so i did manifold by itself. Please help me out as I am extremely stressed, because idk what to do at this point
