Spacers needed?
Worried about the tire clearing and data says = rubbing.

Well, according to www.fastwrx.com who also sells them, it is "supposed to fit". Maybe hit them up on their website and ask a question to be sure?

According to the listing, it clears 4-pot BBS brakes. I assume this is the one BBS wheel style you're referring to...

Yeah likely. I’ll say that I’m running the 2011 OEM STi wheels (Enkei) and running fine with 245/40/18. With my coilovers setup and camber plates, no problem for my 06 (shaved rears but no pull); that setup I can run mild (read: stock range) camber. But if OEM big spring/strut setup, I don’t have enough adjustment range for proper alignment (near zero * on camber so it’s weird).

When I asked fastwrx (Mach V) about similar wheels, they recommended 245/35/18.
YMMV.
