LightWerkz power converters

Here are some bad pics of the power inverters affixed via double-sided foam tape to the frame rails just behind the headlights. All three pics are of the left inverter. On both sides the light harness (from the parking lights) was extended to behind the headlights. Plugs connect the inverters to the harnesses.

Re: Gvfs' 2008 OBP GRB

does that JDM start up button actually work?
Not a chance. Nor would I even consider spending the ridiculous amount of money it would cost for an OEM conversion. I would like to re-purpose the switch for something like additional lights.

Re: Gvfs' 2008 OBP GRB

where there is will, there is a way~ you're one step closer to push start than most of us~ i think it can be done... just dunno how...
It can be done by throwing money at it--bunch of sensors, harness changes, new keys, new lock cylinder, new ECU. The problem is a lack of will to spend money on it. Coilovers, wheels and tires, downpipe and custom tune, boost gauge, and bushings/mounts will definitely take priority.

Re: Gvfs' 2008 OBP GRB

Installed Whiteline rear differential bushing kit KCA398. Took me about 1.5 hours just to work off the forward member nuts. The rest of the job was very simple.

I suspect that this is the simplest of the bushing/insert upgrades that can be done on the car. I still have rear subframe and steering rack bushing kits to install.

Hmm. Whiteline has this listed as KTD903.
