Is this a worthwhile investment and should I anticipate any problems? I wonder if this chip works universally for all STi's, or just particular year models.
I just replaced the wheel bearing in my car and it produced so much drag that I have returned to 27 mpg (was stuck at 22.5 mpg for most of the past few years).

I would stay away. There's probably a very good reason why it costs $70 bucks vs a $600 dollar AccessPORT.
