I sent a friend some pictures of my STi and here was his comments:

Me: Check your email, I just sent you some pictures
Friend: what about?
Me: pictures of the car
Friend: slightly modified, isn't she? LOL!
Me: thats STOCK man
Friend: you've got to be kidding me....
Me: nope
Friend: that's like finding a 38 D-Cup virgin au naturale...

No, not really. Still have a few hundred more miles to go.

For those of you who have to have MORE, I talked to the guys at Vishnu tonight and they said that they should start having some mods coming out for the STI in a few weeks. They think this enigne can produce some serious power with tuning.

^^ why do you bring up performance when he's talkin bout looks?! sure, the STI is faster than a prelude, but the prelude still looks better. looks are subjective.....everyone has different tastes. that's why some people buy azteks an some people don't

I have a 5th gen prelude, and I think that it looks much better (it's a smoother/cleaner look) than an STI...but I don't hate the STI cuz of that, it's got it's own look/style....an I like that too. throw on a kit, a drop an some Volks an you're set. then the STI looks even better than it did stock

the STI's got the AWD Turbo tho, which is a definite plus there's more to a car than just performance....specially if it's a daily driver. I'd rather have a nice lookin car that's underpowered than a pinto that runs 9's most people will see you in the car rather than runnin someone on the street :roll: looks are just as important as performance.

besides....he called it an ugly duckling....like that's really a bad thing to call it :roll: maybe he meant it differently than you do ::shrug::

bottom line....some people like it, some people don't....but you shouldn't always use performance as your only argument....just be happy that you have an STI an you love it. that's all that matters anyway

First time I hear someone saying the 5th prelude is good looking, I liked the 4th one a lot better.

I always say one thing: don't talk about my car putting it down and I will not talk about your car putting it down.
Car enthusiasts are car enthusiasts. Whether they run with a Z06 a Prelude or an STi. I did not really take it seriously, I said I thought it was amusing/funny. Let's leave at this and talk about the STi since we are in an STi board. Sorry if my post offended people.

Alright....read what you're writing, azninside. If someone says the STi is better looking/faster than the Prelude, and you go and say the exact opposite.....why is that any different?
