Two words: pressure washer. It also helps to squirt them with some soap or mild degreaser (I use diluted Simple Green) and let it sit for a bit. They will take a while to dry completley, so don't plan on putting them right back in your car.

I used to wash cars when i was around 17 at a local dealership. What we did was took a brush, wetted them down, and then put some dawn soap on them and scrubbed. Then to dry them we went over it with a shop vac

definately get a brush, like a dish scrubbing brush, scrub them down, but the stock mats wear worse then your tires, so for the best look go with some prodrive mats or others
