My 2013 WRX STi is all stock. I've been driving it for a while but just started monitoring knock for the very first time. On day 1 of monitoring I noticed the following:

could be bad gas.. no misfires is good.. what is DAM?

mine occasionally knocks too.. all cars do.

keep an eye on it. i have my AP mounted in a phone holder and watch in real time, all the time.

From my understanding I think DAM is the same as IAM which is at 1. My log shows it as IAM because it's pulling the data with an Android head unit instead of an Access Port.

I used Costco gas. Maybe I can test it with another station but Costco prices are so much lower.

I noticed that I do occasionally get a misfire detected during normal cruising. I've seen it a couple times in cylinder 3 and 4. However, this doesn't trigger a CEL.

I was thinking of changing my sparkplugs. Anything I should check before doing this?
