Assuming these should also fit the 15s since they have 4/2 vs the 6/4 pot brakes?

No, previous 4 pots are bulky, thats why people had to use spacers to fit rpf1 in 18x9.5 +38 specs.
Now with the new 6 pot, which are more narrow, no need spacers.

Thats what i thought, i was just hoping you told me my research was wrong haha..
