Emmaculate 2008 STI Hatchback $21,000

I am reluctantly selling my great car to purchase two reliable cars for my kids in college. This car has 102,500 miles on it almost, all of which have been on the interstate with the previous owner and myself, both commuting about 100 miles round trip per day.
I have been a car guy and owned performance cars since the 60's and drive and maintain all of my cars appropriately. This car is like new inside and out and mechanically performs extremely well and needs nothing other than continued good care and maintenance.
Maintenance with records Detail: new belts and complete dealer service when I purchased the car at 69,000 miles, new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel at 90,357 dealer installed, new NITTO P245/45/18 Z performance tire and precision computer alignment at 94,899, oil change every 3000 miles with full synthetic, always garaged by previous owner and myself not sure of first owner for 26000 miles. I can put serious buyers in touch with second owner as well.
Add-on's: No engine modifications or power boosting add-on's accept enhanced airflow. Invidia Catless down pipe, Magnaflow performance exhaust system, K&N drop in airfilter cleaned weekly by me, Eiback Prokit lowering springs and Cobb stage 2 Pro-tuning custom Mapp (port comes with car). All add-on's professionally installed.
I have lots of professional grade images of all aspects of the car that I can post for a serious buyer on my FTP site. I am pricing the car to give someone in the market for this vehicle a good value on a great car.
