I had a p0031 and p0037 earlier this year on my 08 Wrx, something like heat control circuit low bank 1 sensor 2. it was a short on my rear 02 sensor which had rubbed raw against the heat shield. Just shrink wrapped it replaced the fuse on passenger side footwell and partied on. So I would assume rear 02 sensor ain't doing much work at the moment. Haven't thrown any of the other codes before.
Looks like possible tgv connections or wires might be exposed for simple start. Just a guess though.
