I have a 2006 sti. We are currently running id1050x’s on an ej207 top feed fuel lines with an aem 340Lph fuel pump... Along with it an aem afr gauge. My question is, of course with a proper tune will I need to purchase sensors in order to run straight e85? From what I think, all sensors are for is if you want to run flex fuel. After reading some forums a lot of guys are running e85 with simply big injectors and a big fuel pump and a tune...thinking about filling up e85 today with no mix.

If you want to go to E85, you do not NEED a FlexFuel sensor, provided the rest of the fuel system is big enough. If you want to run "FlexFuel", then you NEED a FF sensor.

However, you NEED a tune to run E85 properly. If you are in need of a tune, I can set you up with an E85 tune.
