On mine, the holes that come pre-drilled from the factory are too large, and the dealer drills *any* set of holes for the front plate.. %!$%@&*!

I am going to get both filled when I get my bumper fixed.

As a used-car salesman told Homer...those are speed holes!

Hah! For once, living in Quebec pays off! Here, there are no front license plates... Hmm, now that I think about it, it's not such a big deal...
Actually, if anywhere in Canada requires a front plate I would be willing to bet that all of "your" STI's have front holes as well. But to answer the original question...yes, they all have fairly large holes in front. If you are unfortunate enough to be required to have a front plate, you might end up with ANOTHER set of holes in the front bumper since the first holes are so large. Anyone know if you could just get a OEM license plate holder that would fit those holes instead though?

Also, any Canadian want to tell us if their bumper has the two holes?
