I don't know how to go about dealing with the scam artists themselves. Everyone seems to be trying to get me locked into a price on a car that they don't even know how much they will cost. I have heard " I can get you on a waiting list, do u agree on like $ 500 below retail price?" You see the thing is they are making a killing off of the car already and I dOn't want to be locked in on a car until it is announced. Will I be able to order this car? I mean if say every dealer gets 2 ..can they only sell 2 or can they order 5 and they will get an extra 2 for the floor. How does special ordering go about. I just don't know how to go about this . And I have heard people that have locked in on a car but never receved them. Nothing is stopping the dealer from crossing my name off the list if some1 else comes along and says hey since this guy will pay 500 below price I'll pay the retail if u make sure i get a car. What have all of u been doing?

Just be firm. It will likely work.
Don't sign anything witch which you don't agree. Tell them you are interested in giving them money in exchange for queuing you up for any release. If they start bugging your for prices, tell them that you don't know what the price will be and neither do they so stop playing games. Even someone willing to fork over $1k over retail may change his mind when the price is announced, so it is in the dealer's best interest to get as many potential buyers as possible, since some will undoubtedly reconsider and not buy (read: no money to the dealer).
