I couldn't find any pics of the STi pedals, I was wondering if it comes with that cheap black rubber dead pedal just like the 227 WRX or does it have a nice aluminum one to match the other pedals? I kinda got the impression that it had the cheap one...

Yeah I thought it would be that cheap one. I just bought the nice dead pedal for my WRX, make sure you get this one(do a search for WRX OEM dead pedal)

This is the only one I've seen that has the rubber nubs in it. Other cheaper ones are just a piece of metal with holes...how are you gonna keep your foot on it??

MKIVSupra did you order the same ones as the link Ha-Evolution gave? They have a set of STI Pedals there but I really don't like them. Let me know if you got a better set!
I got those STi ones right below the ones ha-evolution is getting. The ones you don't like. This is function over form for me. They don't look bad and most people won't even see them. I believe coxSTI is talking about the same ones.

Ever lost a sway bar bushing????

Here's a few tips guys......

When I first swapped mine out, I'd get a rattle behind it. I figured it was the pedal rattling against the bare metal that you can see when you take it off.

After looking at it a little more.....I found the whole dead pedal support is a separate piece and it rattles against the floorpan. Here's a fix for it after you pull the carpet back. Look at the top of the dead pedal support, the little round sticker.....

I threw a little silicon pad (the kind you use to keep cabinets from slamming shut) behind that lip....seems to have fixed the problem.
