Re: Dampa's '15 STI Build

Nice car. I'm located in NM as well... About 90 miles north of you.
Where are you located at, you getting a lot of snow up there? Not too many '15's in NM that I've seen, only seen two other '15 STI's in town...

Car looks OUTSTANDING in that color !! Especially tinted up.
Thanks! I think these cars look awesome in every color, I don't think I've seen one picture where I don't like them hahaha. I keep seeing other colors and it makes me question my color choice until I look at my car and it starts all over again.

I'm just north of Santa Fe. It's flurrying right now but I don't expect any accumulation. I've only seen two STi's on the road: 1 launch edition and 1 CWP LE. I've seen less than a handful WRX's.

Where are you getting your car wrapped? Full car wrap?

By SF I meant San Francisco not Santa Fe lol, think there was a slight miscommunication there haha. But I wouldnt mind coming up there and doing a mini meet

This ride is lookin' mad nice. How was the install on the spacers and springs? Notice a big difference in the ride at all? Crazy how much of a difference those spacers make the car look.

The spring install wasn't too hard, as long as you have a spring compressor. You can always go rent one at Autozone if needed. I think it took me about 3 hours to do springs by myself at home. If you have air tools or a impact it would go a lot faster. The spacer install was a piece of cake, just like taking your wheels off/on.

The ride seems similar to stock, a bit stiffer obviously but not by much. I cant do a good comparison because I only had the stock suspension on the car for two days before I swapped the springs.
