It all depends on your RPMs though. The higher you rev the car the more IDC you will see because there is less time between engine rotations for the injector to fire. Also, the above equation ignores dead time. It usually works out fine though because as an injector goes static, most often it will supply more fuel. That sounds counter-intuitive but various tests I have read show this. The amount of fuel supplied at static true 100% IDC is more than a 1% difference as compared to 99% IDC.
