Coilover Rebuilding

Coilovers should be rebuild atleast every 30K miles. We can rebuild them using our high performance shock fluid, oil seals, bushings, .... and revalve them to perform much better in most cases.
After a review of component failures, shock dyno testing, and even real time testing on our race and street cars, we have come up with services that improve the realibilty and performance of most coilover systems.
We Rebuild:
Hot Bits, DMS, Stance, KW V2-V3 and clubsport, Ohlins, H&R, Bilstein, BC Racing, Megan, DGR, Ksport, ISC, WATOP, Powered by MAX, Fortune Auto, DG-5, Buddy Club, AST, Whiteline, D2, J2 Engineering, Non inverted JIC, Non inverted HKS, Non inverted Zeal, B&G, Godspeed Mono RS, Apexi, HSD, ... call for more.

We DO NOT rebuild (wear parts do not exist):
Tein, Cusco, Kei Office, Inverted type HKS, Inverted type JIC, GAB, Tanabe, Koni, ST, Function and Form.



Prices and service descriptions:



Rebuild non inverted strut/shock, $100


-Dissasembly and inspection of all parts


-Polish nicks out of shock shafts


-Replacement of common wear items


-High performance shock fluid


-Nitrogen charge



Rebuild inverted strut, $135
-Removal of insert from strut


-Dissasembly of insert and inspection of all parts


-Polish nicks out of shock shafts


-Replacement of common wear items


-High performance shock fluid and nitrogen charge


-Inspection of all strut wear parts



Revalve (alter/improve damping performance), add $50 to rebuild


-Rebuild


-Evaluate current damper performance


-Modify comp. and or rebound shim stack


-If needed, modify piston, damping adjuster valve, and bleed holes


-Test results

Rebuilt Buddy club, ISC and KW units this past week. How many miles are on your coilovers?
Got corrosion or pitting on your shock shafts? We can replace many brands and or re chrome them!
