CEL and SI drive light flashing

I was driving to work at normal speed and noticed my check engine light and SI drive light were both flashing and theVCCD light was steady yelow. The vehicle did not lose power, it felt and sounded fine. First I turned the knob to S# but it stayed in S mode, when I pushed the knob to (I) intelligent the CEL and SI light stopped flashing and the vehicle would go into S#. Once at the parking garage I plugged in my AP and ran the ECU for codes and it came up “no codes found”. Currently there are no lights on or flashing and car feels totally normal. My mods are Cobb SF intake, N1 catback, Cobb stage 1+ OTS map. Just wanted to see if anyone had any insight on what may be the problem.

What you are describing is "limp mode". A few on and off cycles of the ignition usually clears it, once the problem is corrected. Did you work on the car recently?

First off thank you for responding
Do you lose power in "limp mode", because the car drove normal. It cleared while I was driving. The only work I have done in the last month or so have been sway bars.
Well if the lights went off by themselves than it doesn't sound like anything major.
Some code was thrown, then cleared itself. It might be in a history if you get it scanned, but if it cleared itself I wouldn't worry about it.
I spoke to Cobb Tuning about issue and they said it may be a bad brake light switch. I will get it switched out next week and hopefully not see those scary dash lights again.
There's info on how to adjust it to avoid a situation like this. Search the how-to section.
Well the mystery has been solved. I finally got the time to take my car to the dealer, it was a bad brake light switch. The code reader on the AP was unable to pick up the ABS code which was in the ecu history. The Tech said he has seen this before in the 13's.
