My dealer just called and said that he now knows what options are available for the STi I should recieve in Aubgust and "carbon fiber dash" was one of them. I cannot remember seeing that option anywhere on this forum or in any pictures on the web. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Yes, the c/f trims are an option. They're on Subaru's website if you try to build your own Sti...Here's a picture of what I think it looks like (found this pic in this forum also - I hope the owner doesn't mind) ... isn't it sweet?!!!

just be aware that the cf trim is faux, and pretty expensive. does look good though (imho).

I think I saw somewhere that it's around $400 from Subaru. And that is only for the center area and maybe the window switches. Not as much as the guy in the pic has. Not worth it IMHO.

if you check out japanparts they have just about every interior piece in cf. spendy, but if you have to have the look...
