Caliper noise when braking, as if stuck. 13 STI[Video Link]

Have a 13 sti about 8.5k miles and it makes a pretty loud noise when braking, sometimes. I only noticed it when parking or backing up. It sounds like the calipers were stuck then as you press the brake they "break-free" and then grab the rotor. The brakes work fine, I noticed if I drive around, it won't do it but as soon as I come to park, usually back in when I press the pedal for the first initial stop of the car rolling backwards it makes this noise. Then if I press again it's silent.
It's very audible in morning when backing up from the driveway, also when arriving to work and backing up to park, so it's not a "cold issue" also considering its been hot all day here.
I just wanted to write this to see if anybody else has this happen, also like to say that it does it once, say once when backing up then it'll go away, I don't notice it while driving but that maybe because road noise, sounds like a metallic squeak for a quick .5 seconds

you didn't describe the noise.
there's 2 things that might be the reason, pads get rusted onto the rotor surface and take some force to snap off and make a noise, happens overnight given the right conditions.
When changing direction (i.e. backing up then going forward) there's just enough play in the pads to make a thump sound on first application.

It's definitely a squeak type sound. Maybe I can get a recording of it, from inside the it sound likes it comes from all four corners but I could be wrong.

I know the rust noise, I get it usually after a car wash with the e brake one, its somewhat similar to that except the car is already rolling freely.
