Know what invoice cost is and get as close to that as possible; search the forums to find out what other members have been paying and what Canadian prices look like. Most items you mentioned are huge markup items for the dealer, get the car cheap, maybe get some Subaru accessories at a discount and then go outside for items like tint, clear bra, etc.
