Well, I finally talked to Joey today. He couldn't provide me with a tracking number but he knows it shipped last week so HOPEFULLY it will be at my house today or tomorrow.

You guys need to call back when someone leaves a message. I left several messages and never once has anyone called me back. I still would like a call from you so I can get the tracking number on this.

Guys I know we dropped the ball on these exhaust. Buschur was slammed with the shootout and we got behind. All of the exhaust have shipped some left from Buschur's and some from our shop. This is not the way we usally conduct business but at the same time there is no excuse for the way this was handled. All we can say is sorry and that this is not A typical of our operation.

I won't be getting one of these. After trying numerous times to cancel my order and nobody ever called me back I disputed the charge with my Credit Card company 2 days ago - I couldn't wait any more.

Probably wouldn't have done it if somebody posted here/called me back and explained what was going on, but everybody has their limit on how long they wait.

WOW, all I can say is wow. Reminds me of the boys at Achtuning.com in the audi/vw scene. Always someone elses fault, and still they dont come through.

Update-

Well the exhaust finally arrived today. Looks like I'll have to spend some time just to get the tape goo off the stainless.

No extra 02 bung like I was promised

Muffler isn't even the same muffler in the pictures they shown. Its smaller in diameter and not polished. Its suppose to be a Dynomax and this one has no name on it. It looks like a cheap 3" muffler.

There's no clamp of any kind to seal the two long pieces together plus I think the ends got beat a little in shipping so they're not going together right now.

I was promised a stainless resonator and I think I got aluminized steel resonator.

No ZPI swag like as Kenny mentioned.

Really not happy about this whole exhaust.

That's not a good feeling at all man. Especially after you get an exhuast. If you are not happy don't put it on your car just for the hell of it. I would try to sell it and get one you want.

I would think if you advertise the product with a polished muffler, it should come with a polished muffler.

Am I wrong about this?
