Hey guys thought I would do a quick build thread for my urban grey Hawkeye. Started out with basic bolt on's vf34, PW top mount, 3" Turbo XS and a flash tune which was super fun and managed a [email protected] The car stayed that way till it's journey of 2 engine builds as below...enjoy!

Dyno Info: Mainline Dyno
Transmission: 6 Speed Long Ratio
Gear: 4rd
Peak HP: Dyno 502whp
Target Boost: 27 psi tapering to 25
Fuel: Pump E85

99.75 CP pistons

Straight back into its home. Now time to see how the rotated kit fit's and how do build a custom water to air intercooler setup...

Bolting up the rotated kit...everything went to gather except v bands for the gate didn't match up so off to fab shop. Same it was already ceramic coated :(

Plazmaman were amazing to deal with delivering a beautiful 1000hp Por Series intercooler with custom end tanks, custom heat exchanger and reservoir...

First incarnation of the install. Wasn't happy with the BOV record but the police and transport love dishing the fines here so it is what it is...

This was the first tune after flex fuel was set up...green is 98 (US 93) and red is pump E85

Very similar to what I would like in my next build - though there is a good chance I will end-up in a VA body.

Interesting parts we don't see :)

Curious, what is your long ratio (from) ?

Cheers! I have tried to be a bit different with my build. Long ratio box is from a 2012 still 3.9 final drive.

Car stayed this way for 2 years/10,00km and was awesome to drive...until it started pushing coolant :cry: We had doubts about head gasket/head surface integrity from the first time we put coolant in it and it leaked between head and head gasket.Once the heads were off we could see the machining was so poor it had left an imprinted pattern on the gasket itself. At this point we decided to pull the whole motor down and check everything...wasn't pretty so it was decided to start again with a new block and full rebuild of the heads. I was devastated :( Not interested in talking about who built it as that's in the past and it benefits no one.
