Boost leak?

I need some Input guys. I'm having and issue even if it's an issue. I normally build 22pounds of boost (fpblue). I got my car back from my shop, they replaced my pcv valve. Anyway I brought it home and I just drive it for a little. I reset the ecu the day after I got it cause I had a pending code and I cleared it to see if it would come back and it didn't. And I know why it triggerd they disconnected the sensor while the car still had power. So after doing that the car has 40 miles on the relearn so far. I'm only building 17 pounds of boost and that's it. It stays at like 17.5 and doesn't drop. Used to make 22. What do you guys think. From my logs my boost actual and target are pretty close. My dam is at 1. And my afr target and actual are close as well.

What’s target on the logs?

if target is not 22, it’s likely not going to hit 22 unless it was overboosting. Start with a boost leak test

My boost target on log is 28psi. My absolute is 31psi. That log I'm hitting 17psi on the car gauge. My previous log was 21psi target and 39 absolute and I was hitting 22psi in the car gauge. I can post a picture if you like. I'm just trying to see if I have an issue or am I making the same amount of power with less boost and the only reason I ask that cause on the first log my timing was -5degress retarted with 22psi my 2nd log is 5degrees advanced at 17psi.
Post the log.

Yea wrong one oops
What exactly is wastegate duty. Isn't that the wastegate? Like internal and external wastegate or totally diffrent?

Simply out. Wastegate duty cycle is a % of how much the wastegate is opening to hit target boost.

so how would I know if it's working or not? By my logs I'm assuming they aren't working. But I can hear the waste gate when I get into boost

The wastegate duty cycle (wgdc) is a tune thing. Not a hardware thing. The wgdc can be totally off causing over or under boost and the wastegate can be working just fine.

So running no wastegate duty cycle a bad thing? I've noticed that everytime I logged the car that I don't have any wgdc.

I don’t think I’m explaining myself properly. 0% wgdc means your wastegate will open at the spring rate. It is in the tune. If you’re unsure. Yamaha above is a tuner.
Im no expert here but at 0% WGDC, you're basically running on spring pressure. There should still be some kind of % indicating operation.

So was there an issue previously or was happening right after getting your car back from the shop? Also, how is your boost control set up? Internal or external wastegate? Any kind of boost controller?

I got my car protuned on ecutek. From what I can tell from my logs I never had wgdc. And or somthing happend between I got my car back from my tuner 5 months ago from my first log when I got the dongle which was 3 months ago. Grimspeed ecbs 3 port and dual tiel external wastegates

So this has been going on for a while?

You have it. Either it’s not logging wgdc or ecutek calls it something else. Likely you’re not logging it. (Probably a selection on what specifically to log that needs to be selected)
If WGDC is logged under a different parameter, then you'll need to locate that. If the boost controller is hooked up backwards, 0% would be 100%.

Correct, true 0% disables boost control and you run wastegate spring pressure.
Yea hopefully my tuner did wgdc. I mean he's a known tuner around where I live and does alot and I Mean alot of cars. They have there own drag subie. It's prolly undersomthing else. I know he said my car is in a unique setup right now with everything done to it especially being on ecutek. Fbo built motor, with tgv and egr deletes.
I'm not attacking the tune. I am showing that WGDC shows zero. If that is true, the boost is limited by mechanical control. This should be the wastegate spring, but if there is an issue, stuck wastegate, etc, that's what is causing the overboost.

That said, your tuner should be able to help you solve this. If it is a recent problem, I'd have you looking over that car before considering a tune adjustment.
