How to Supercharge 2.5 RS?

New to the forum, but have been following posts with interest. Not as enthused about getting an STI after reading this, though I know the specs will be different for the US/Canada version. Anyone know what the flywheel weight will be for the domestic STI? I've heard a swap for an 11-lb helps a lot on bottom end torque for the standard WRX.

Wow. They really didn't like the engine (before turbo power anyways). This is the first time I've read anything knocking the engine. Hope it isn't as big a problem as they make it out to be.

Maybe for the "Everyday URBAN Joe" Subaru should consider a smaller turbo to enhance the low-end torque at the expense of some top end.

Really, how many of us ever plan to get her up over 125 mph! And for those who plan to cruise those speeds on a regular basis can just drop in a bigger turbo and carry a beefier life insurance policy.
