Are these downpipes any good?

Are QTP downpipes any good? I just found out my car has one on it. Reason I ask is because I was gonna buy a new one, but if there good I might just keep it. Never really heard of them.

Does it have the cutout with it? If so, yes it is better for the sound alone :lol:
