just purchased last week, tried it on my s-2000 honda , its amazeing what this thing does, even monitors rpm with no other wireing , gives o-60 1/4 mile times, mph, g's forward and side ,rollout, baking distance o-60-0 this thing does it all, and cheap too! :wink:

I've heard they are pretty accurate, but what are they good for after you get initial reads on performance?

I guess I don't see the point unless you are changing some serious parts all the time. Otherwise, spend $10 every once in a while to hit a test and tune night at the track.

A somewhat similar product is the Geez! unit, from Extreme Geez. Unlike the GTech unit, there is no real time display, but it does a lot more. The Gtech seems to be meant for drag racers / street racers, while the Geez is made for autocrossers.

I agree that the Gtech would be pretty neat but after you get the initial measurements it isn't that useful unless you keep modifying something. The Geez software displays a map of your autocross or road course laps, which makes it useful all the time.
