So what Amsoil filter you recommending for the STi? My Amsoil guy was not aware of the 080 filter so I think the filters he recommends are for the WRX. Does it really matter?

I pulled this from an STi owner's post at Clubwrx ....

"SDF20, I have been using amsoil OIL and filters for years on my cars and bikes.

The filter fits perfect and is a bit bigger.

SDF20"

That is what my guy said. He came up with 2 filters and said the he would go with the SDF20 since it was bigger. Thanks.

Warranty and modifications??

Update!

Another back to back test was done, on the same 1994 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo.

With 3 Gallons of Torco's Race Fuel Concentrate mixture left in the tank, the supra made 439 HP to to rear wheels  . (Originally, 32oz were added to 10 gallons, so this was left over)

Then, 5 gallons of C-16, 117 MON Octane (yeah the $7.00+ per gallon stuff) was added, to do another pull.

It pulled 448 HP to the wheels, same boost, same everything.

What does that mean? Sure, the C-16 made 9 more HP, but was it worth it? Well, the Concentrate certainly is not as great as C-16, but it is definitely more cost effective, and it works.

I'll be posting the dyno runs from today's pulls on the website by the end of the week-end.

Sorry, with the Concentrate, it did 439 HP to the wheels, and it did 448 HP with the C-16.

Can you not edit your previous posts?
