Hey guys, my name is Alex and I recently purchased a 2007 STI in WRB. This is my third subaru. After doing all I could do to my 2015 WRX in 2015 (lol), I decided I wanted something a little classier. So....
I purchased a 2016 Cadillac ATS with a 2.0t. Man, that a mistake! There is not enough aftermarket parts for the Cadi! and even if i did I ran the chance of blowing it up, without having the proper internal items available, I decided tp go with a Subaru again...
This is my previous build. 2015 WRX, bought the car and within a week it was being worked on. At the time, ETS was just starting on their turbo for this car. I did everything I could do and then got bored waiting...God I miss it..
BUT.....
Then I foudn this!
2007 Subaru wrx STI WRB w/ Gold BBS's
65k original miles!
The original owner did a few factory upgrades to it before I got ahold of it, as well as some after market goodies.
Including:
HKS Flat Flange DP
STI Pink coilovers
Oem boost gauge
STP Intake
Invidea N1 exhaust
RA mudflaps
My goal is to make 330-340whp on a stock block and hopefully run E85 at some point. PRE in Portland are awesome! They had a huge black friday sale so I decided to give it a go! I do not want to go over the top with this car. I want it to be a quick, and reliable DD with some kick. Everything will be done the right way. No cutting corner, No "smoked tailights", No purple rims (not hatting lol) just a super clean build.

This "build" is mainly to show people how much HP the stock internals can handle. I am fully aware of having to rebuild/build the block if anything were to happen. I am pretty new at this so any help will be appriciated!! I will also be relpacing Power steering pump since it is starting to give out on me. I plan on rebuilding the engine with stronger internals soon. Ijust dont want the extra expense if my block can hold up the power, I know I will get power hungry. This is why I plan to rebuild it later on lol
