I would go with the Exedy twin disc with the heavy duty pressure plate. The act 6 puck isn't bad but the twin disc has incredible drive-ability. I'm going to be using the triple carbon shortly, I loved how the twin carbon drives on my buddies evo8. Noisy as hell though. The twin holds 616wtq and the triple carbon holds 630wtq. Hell even the Exedy stage2 with the HD pressure plate is rated for like 550wtq in the 2012 catalog.

Cliffnotes: Go with an Exedy.
