That’s pretty rough, my condolences. I have come so close to doing this too. However at least you had crush washers on hand and didn’t have to refer to our dumpster fire thread discussing them.

Looking at a few different areas in Arkansas. Almost closed a house a couple weeks ago, but that didn't happen, so we're still searching. Since neither my wife or I have physical jobs we have to go to everyday, we are keeping our eyes open to anything that fits us in an area we like.

hahaha my STI transported chipotle today as well. STI + Chipotle = match made in heaven.

lol fair enough. there's one right by where i used to live and i always thought it was so much better than chipotle, especially thier queso. soooo good.
Yeah, I set the bag in the passenger floor thinking I will be distracted worrying about the bag flipping over. Then I’m like buckle that Beotch in!! lol.
