Up for sale is my recently built 2017 STi. Over $12k invested in mods done right. Current setup is very conservative and safe, but has potential for big power if so desired. I am the original and only owner. Southern car it's whole life and never a daily driver, hence the exceptionally low mileage. Garage kept since day 1, non-smoker, etc. I bought this car to keep forever, and the build reflects that. The only reason I'm selling is life circumstances have changed, and I need something with more utility.

A few Pics:

With the current setup, the car made 366/340 on a Dyno Dynamics dyno on 93 with conservative timing and 19.5 lbs of boost. The tuner was confident he could hit 400 on 93 with more boost and timing, but I requested a conservative tune just for longevity safety. This setup could easily make big numbers on E85.

Never raced or been on the track. Always run on Motul 5w-40 oil and Black Tokyo Roki (RX8) oil filters. Selling because I want something with more utility. No Trades or partout. Car still has a lien which will need to be coordinated with my bank, but that's an easy process. Please no low ball offers, as I believe my price is more than fair, given the low mileage, condition, and engine build. Reasonable offers will be entertained and delivery/shipping can be negotiated.
