Ok I am in the market to buy my first Subaru sti. I cant decide between the WRB or the Tangerine orange. I love the fact that there is only 100 made of the orange and I can get one for 38k out the door. But have to drive about 5hrs to get it. The blue is my fav. and is the 2014 model.(same body style, the new one is the 2015). My question is, is the orange one worth the price, or should i wait for the blue that a lot of people have. Any ones help would be nice:cool:. Thanks in advance

SWP or DGM. lol. The orange is a cop magnet IMO, and I don't like looking like I celebrate Halloween year round so stick with the WRB.

Man, I just cant get past the orange part.

Save the money you would spend on the orange car and buy parts
Im waiting for the 2015. At least to see what the new model has to offer. If you have a car now, I'd say to wait until next spring. If you like the new one, get it. If you dont, get a 2014 for a good price
I would go with orange! It will get much more attention:)

WRB may seller easier in the future tho because of the popularity. Hard to say.

Lmao I was thinking the same thing but I have never seen an orange sti. And I can get a good price

I just saw one today in Boulder. It grabs your eyes like crazy. Its the WOW, its reallllly tangerine...It would be cooler to say it had an extra 30hp....but no you paid more for looking different.

I was thinking about doing that but I don't like to buy the first model out B/C they always come out with bugs that need to be fixed. So I don't want to wait a few years to buy.(I c ant hold on to the money for that long my pocket is already on fire:lol:).
I also plan on keeping the car for a long time maybe give to my son one day.
I like how they made the club spec in AUS, with the black wing, blacked out headlights with lip and side skirts. But If I spend that much money I guess I could just buy a cheap base sti and go from there? UGH I hate making hard decisions:confused::confused:
Buy what makes you say "Damn this car is cool"...
I wanted the Orange too but couldn't locate one and settled for the DGM which has grown on me a lot :)
My dealer offered me the Special Edition and I thought about it but passed on it cause I was already set on getting WRB. Plus I hadn't seen a Special Edition in person until almost May after I got my car delivered and liked it in person but still prefer my WRB over it.
Well I just got off the phone with a dealer that has a 2014 WRB that is being shipped to them and will be there around sep. 6 or so. And they are going to sell it to me at dealer invoice price witch after fees it will be just under $37,000 so I think I am going to jump on that one B/C I have been thinking about it and the orange one would be nice at first but after a few months and tickets:lol: it just would not be worth it and not only that, I am not a die hard fan of orange and that's a lot of orange to look at for a long time.

Nice and congrats! Is it a sedan or hatch?
Thanks I so cant wait its been almost 4 months that I have been waiting and now finally have the $$$$$ to buy one, and its the sedan. I really don't like how they did the rear end on hatchies and the kid at heart loves the BIG A$$ wing:lol:.

Haha I like both hatch and sedan but my gf likes the sedan more. Good for you that wait is over. I still cant see the end of it...
Well I hope I don't get bit b/c I keep telling my self that I just want the
Tomei Ti exhaust and the AP.:D Only so I can keep warranty just in case the rings go.
We will see though b/c stage 2 and a protune sounds fun as heck:naughty:
