2011 STi Hatch 60k+ miles (still being daily driven to & from work, 4 mile round trip) for sale. One owner, title in hand. Garage kept since new, smoke free, pet free.

Asking $22,500 OBO

Stage 2+ tune done at
Kinetic Motorworks in NH (with parts all professionally installed) around 20k miles & has continued to run flawlessly.
Transmission oil changed at 35k miles.
Spark plugs, intake filter (cobb) & cabin air filter changed at 45k miles.
Oil & oil filter changed religiously every 3k miles (with Tokyo roki oil filters and Shell Rotella T6 5W40) with filter mag.
New brake pads at all 4 corners, changed at 50k miles. New wiper blade inserts front & rear installed this past winter.
Professionally tinted (with certification) by Randy at Superior Window Tint in ME - all around except windshield.
New battery just replaced in Feb. with Kinetik (HC1400-BLU) Black Power Cell Battery.

Have the OEM BBS with brand new Pirelli P-Zero all season tires purchased last year just before the winter.
On the car are a set of Gold BBS from GD STi with winter tires which are overdue for a change. Work fine for the summer, so will continue to run these & switch to the other wheels for the winter.
(all wheels could use a good cleaning, otherwise in perfect condition).

Currently installed:
15 STi Steering rack
Cusco steering rack bracket
Super pro steering rack bushings
DAMD flat bottom steering wheel with red stitch (ordered through japanparts.com)
Weather tech floor mats front & rear (I have the original carpet mats & Subaru all weather mats including BNIB weather tech rear cargo mat)
Muteki black lug nuts with key
TiC Tranny Crossmember Bushings
Subaru STi Group N transmission mount
Subaru STi Group N right & left engine mounts
Whiteline rear diff mount inserts
Kartboy exhaust hangers
Fumoto Qwik valve makes oil changes super easy. Installed since first oil change has never leaked.

Cobb AP tuned as above
Crawford Air/Oil seperator
Invidia catted divorced wastegate downpipe
IAG Billet Aluminum CNC Top Feed TGV Deletes
Grimmspeed TGV to engine and intake manifold to TGV gaskets
Grimmspeed phenolic thermal spacer 3mm
Grimmspeed EBCS
Grimmspeec turbo heat shield
LIC motorsports air pump deletes
AMR aluminum turbo inlet
Cobb CAI with airbox (plus extra air filter not yet cleaned)

The bad:
has a few surface flaws which I tried to show in the pics. Has 3M clear bra installed (whole front end) since I purchased the car in 2011 so is obviously overdue for removal. Otherwise, car would be almost perfect.

The good: Have a crap ton of parts I purchased as I planned to autoX though, life happened & never got around to it. I included a pic with most of the parts, with list below-

BNIB (never installed):
Setting Saver (saves last set point for your DCCD & traction control)
Racecomp Engineering Bilstein Strut Kit
RCE supersport springs for GR Sti (aka RCE yellows) with bumpstops
Swift Spec-R springs for GR STi with bumpstops
Goodridge Phantom Series SS Brake Lines Front & Rear
Goodridge Stainless Steel Clutch Line
Beatrush forged pitch stop mount
Cusco Powerbrace Cross Member
Whiteline front lower control arm brace
Whiteline front control arm supports
Powerflex Rear subframe inserts (purchased both soft & hard sets)
KDT910 Whiteline Rear Subframe Inserts (dont have the metal spacers the Powerflex sets come with)
Red taillight overlays (by bluebatoverlays.com, via iwsti.com)
Strut top spacers (to fit Legacy Spec B front strut tops, made of group N rubber)
Legacy Spec B strut tops for the front struts
Girodisc 2-piece slotted front rotors (lightweight)
Girodisc 2-piece slotted rear rotors
Killer B oil pan, pickup & baffle
Perrin positive steer kit (basically useless if you have a quicker steering rack already installed)
Perrin front control arm steel rear bushing with offset
Subaru STi GroupN Front Control Arm Front Bushing
Group N bushings, almost complete bushing set for the entire suspension from RalliSpec Ltd. Official Website
Grimmspeed master cylinder brace
TWM short shifter
Turn In Concepts shift Linkage Bushings
Torque solutions rear shifter bushing
Torque solutions pivot shifter bushings
Torque solutions propeller shaft bushings
Kartboy front/rear endlinks with spacers
DeatschWerks DW65c Series Fuel Pump
STi Subaru front lip spoiler with skirt included
Primitive racing rear skid plate
Primitive racing front skid plate with oil holes & stinger tail with spacers for aftermarket oil pan/headers (they no longer offer this option with the stinger tail)

Used, not currently installed:
A-pillar gauge pod, in like new condition
Whiteline 22 mm adjustable front & rear swaybars
Q-rack 11.5:1 steering rack (leaking, thus replaced with 15 steering rack). Q-rack is no longer in business and I was unable to find someone to rebuild it. It works fine, just has a slow leak from the input shaft. Paid $1800 for this & at the time retailed for over $2200.
OEM 2011 STi steering rack with ~ 10k miles
OEM 2012 STi hatch complete suspension with less than 2k miles (was going to place the Bilsteins into this).
Subaru wheel locks with key.
OEM roof rack

Everything listed above will be included in the sale (Im trying hard to avoid parting out).
