Hi all

I'm having 2 problems with my 2010 Sti,

1st:
The AC heating up while waiting in traffic, once I drive along the next road, it turns back to normal (cold).

No engine temp change noticed at all.

2nd:
When I keep the car stopping for few days,
And after a wash, the car feels like been stuck, and when I move on a sound like rotors & brake pads are sticking together.
Later on when I brake I get vibrations like some of the b.pads are still sticking to the rotor.
I checked in and found it right.
I can see the print of the pads on the rotors.
Is it bad pads? Or rotor.

Vibration goes off after driving for around 80-100km.

I'm using Stoptech street performance pads &
Power Slot slotted rotors (front and rear)

Could any 1 advise.

Thanks in advance.

pads/rotors stick if they're wet and use the ebrake before they're dry.

and that's sounds normal, is your ventilation recirc or not? more engine bay heat = hotter air coming in, once the car starts moving you have better cooling because of low pressure to high pressure laws.

Thanks mate.
it is recirc and is heating up like there is no gas at all. Not little bit.
My other car stays cool even if I stop for hours in 40c degrees. Toyota 4sure :)

you may want to get your AC system checked, it shouldn't be that bad.

Toyota does make one of the greatest AC systems  I'd know, I grew up in Iraq with 50+c weather
