Very very shady..... :(

Hopefully nobody gives up thier hard earned cash.. Not only does the seller not have possession yet, but is it 100% that he/she is even getting one? Seems a quick way to make a few thousand bucks to me...

I spoke and ask questions to the seller. Basically, they are selling their first allocated STi. Reserve is set at 31k wich is very good. If you check, it says "Delivery in summer 2003"... If the car has options on it, they will give it to the winning bidder at the price e-bay will have sold it!

Not so bad, and it's Patrick Subaru if I remember correctly.

 Not unless SOA releases a 28k car lol , i mean shit they already surprised us with the STI and its specs why not just throw us all off the bridge with a nice sticker MSRP ya know???!?!??!?! then it will defiantly encourage buyes to purchase this 4 door ferrari heheh

i dunno i wouldnt bother with that personally id do it the right way and just go through a dealer that u feel confidant in. I mean who the hell would wanna spend 30+k on a car that wont be out til summer???!?!??!

I know i wouldnt!!

So be carefull!!! :)

I like how the ad says it has 15 miles. Prolly want to take a spin in it themselves real quick when they get it. There is really no reason a brand new vehicle should have more than around 5 miles. A lot can be done in 10 miles. I even had a brand new rental car that the rental place just took off the truck when I got there and it only had 4 miles. Took it back with 1500, I gave it a good break in. :D I wonder how long it lasted.

My new STi better not have more miles than I can count on one hand.

this is probably a really good reason to not be the first or second at your dealership. :) when i bought my first new car in '91 (se-r), it had 9 miles on it and it had just come off the truck. so my threshold is miles i can count on two hands. :)

I dont think the cars that they will be getting will be allowed for test drives at all beacuse all are presold to people. they of course can have a couple of miles on it but nothing that the dealer will do by letting some Llama test drive.

when i got my 98 RS I was the first to put any miles on it :)
