What's the numbers of a stock WRX STi in the quarter-mile run?

From what ive heard and read based on the UK and Japan specs, the 1/4 is from ~ 13.3-14.1 seconds.

IIRC Car and Driver posted a 14.1 with a stock WRX. I would hope the STi is down in the mid to low 13's.
