Yeah. this setup on its max. I may squeeze another 15-20whp (catless+bigger filter for intake) on it but not more. Time to go rotated I guess.

have ~50K miles on that block. Last time I checked it had 3 cylinders at 140psi and 1 (4th) at 130psi. Had HG replaced within 1st month I did 390whp->460whp transition. Standard ARP head bolts happened to be just too weak for torque/pressure created by E85 - don't know why rallispec insisted on using those. I wanted to put CA 625 right away. Anyway. Switched to ARP Custom Age 625+. Put 10K miles since. have no issues.

rallispec ... if you ask them to assemble long block, dbl chk their work at the end. The did a great job but forgot to torque/seal service plugs and those started to leak oil right after I put engine back in the car. Had to redo process again.
