05 Subaru STi. 51K original miles!

Sadly, time to let go of my 05 STi. Car is PSM. It currently has 50,XXX ORIGINAL miles as of 9/25/13. Mileage will go up day by day. I've owned the car almost a year now, without any problems or headaches whatsoever. Its always been reliable, and gets a lot of attention. I ALWAYS changed the oil at 3,000 miles with NOTHING except Rotella T6. The car is 8 years old, its not perfect, however, I feel it is in good shape for what it is.

First things first:
-I am not opposed to giving people test rides by any means. However, I am weary of letting people behind the wheel. That being said, those who are absolute POTENTIAL buyers will be drive the car, pending a down payment on it negotiated amongst myself, and said potential buyer
-Secondly, the Defi gauges are coming out of the car, and will be used for a future project.
-The price is $22,000. If thats not in your budget, we can some what negotiate a price and I will take off parts depending. I would prefer to sell the car with the BBS wheels on, as I really feel pained by someone else driving MY car. However, money talks.

The car was tuned by Mikey Botti July 29th, 2013. It made 299/332 at 85 degrees, and I have the dyno sheet to prove it. The car is running on a V2 accessport, which is married to the car and will be included.
