My STi started to stall yesterday and I could not restart it immediately. Sometimes it would flash the DCCD O light. I pulled the code and it shows 21 which is the accelerator position sensor. Is this the sensor to the pedal or the throttle position sensor on the throttle body? The car seems to idle a little rough also a bit low. Please help if you have heard of this issue before. Thanks in advance.

I dunno. I'd shoot wires first, then diagnose the sensor according to the FSM.
