Sorry for such a delay guys, I had to find photos, take photos and time got away from me.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me, I can answer faster there.
(1) Subaru JDM fog light (bought it from SMY Performance)
(1) Subaru "oe-style" rear fog light switch, comes with switch and harness which you have to modify a little (Foglight switch - FTEIGHTYSIX)
(1) Misc wiring, connectors and soldering tools. You will need +/- 15ft of 18g red wire.
I decided instead of soldering all wiring together, I would make each connection have its own plug. You can use whatever connectors you wish, or solder everything. This way if I want to disconnect something and replace/modify I can do it to each section at a time.
To the install,
Once the fog light is in its housing (make sure the tabs on the bracket are on the BOTTOM!) feed you wiring through the drivers side grommet.
Cut the connector plug on the JDM harness (useless on USDM cars) and add a c-style adapter to the black wire, which is ground, and crimp and solder. I believe this is a 5mm SS nut (separate, not actually found in that spot). Ground harness to the metal body.
Add a connector to the red wire of the harness. Next it's time to feed the red wire (which is power) to the front fuse box under the steering wheel.
The seats come off easy but you don't really need to take them fully off. Under the middle part is a clamp that when you squeeze it, it releases the bottom seat. Look for tabs to clip the red power wire to and secure. Do this all the way to the front by removing the door sill trim and slightly pulling back the trim where the seatbelt is.
Once you have the wire to the front leave a little extra and cut unnecessary wire. Add a connector to the end. The red wire is going to plug into the yellow wire of the switch's harness.
Red wire is from the power of the fog light. You can see the switch harness on the floor mat. The red wire is now going into a yellow connector of the switch harness.
Make connection from the add-a-fuse and red wire from the switch harness and tap in the 10a cigarette lighter fuse location. I chose this spot because I never use the cig lighter for anything. The bulb is 21w and uses 3a tops.
DISCLAIMER:When tapping in to this fuse, make sure you don't actually use your cigarette outlet to charge anything as a fuse may blow if you have the fog turned on and something plugged in to the outlet. Be warned!
Ground the switch's harness to the metal location below.
Plug the switch harness (green plug) to the back of the switch. This is after you remove the little plastic cover on the front which hides that location.
This is how it looks before tucking and hiding all the wiring. Red wire from switch harness- 10amp cig fuse. Black to ground next behind steering wheel. Yellow to red of fog power.
Reattach all trim and tuck all wiring. This is how the switch lights up before activating rear fog. It's amber in color and the light does pass through a little before turning it on.

Proper rear fog
