Is there any respectable tuner near Ohio that can do Ecutek? I'd be willing to drive ~3-4 hrs to get there. Perhaps some one in Michigan?

Anyone in ohio using ecutek? Where did you go?

Brett

PS: I was a UTEC guy, but i'm going to hold off on the new car untill the new software is released and i'm convinced it can adapted to the environment like the ecutek does.

Fellow Ohioan,

I feel your pain!! I don't know of any ECUTEK gurus in the area. I have a UTEC right now, and have every intention on getting rid of it.

I have been looking at Topspeed in Georgia. I may even consider Rallitek or Rallisport (don't remember the name exactly) in New Jersey as well.

Al from Dynoflash will be back in town @ Buschurs in Aug. He is the only one I know of, and he is from Conn.

David Bushcer is up in Norwalk and from the sounds of things is a great guy to deal with. Al Friedman is the super fast EVO owner that most people think is a prick to deal with but does know very well how to tune. I just meet a guy with an EVO tuned by Al and he was having some problems. It sounds like Al's attitude is that he is too busy too often. I know another guy locally that had his car tuned by Dave and was very happy with both the tune and the customer service. I saw Dave at the Norwalk shootout and he seemed like a good guy.

I don't know who the best bet on ECUtek tuning would be though.

just looking for something reliable. And frankly, I'd like an excuse to cruise down to Buschur's place.

Does Buschur offer any STi tuning? UTEC? EcuTek? AP, whatever

off topic, but along the same lines.

Any of you Ohioans use COBB AP for your STi? I'm considering it as well.

Im looking into getting Stage 2 as well, just trying to figure out my exhaust setup......
Bro, do u use AP? The more i read, the more i like it. Especially since the AccessTuner allows for some user-end "tweaking".

I'm getting my new TBE in a week or so. i'll let you know what i think. Then, I will most like make the dive and get an STi AP. We'll see

I too am hoping the ST turns out to be great. As for the AP stg2, I'm wheeling and dealing. I trying to spend as little $$$ as possible and i have the time since my car is at ~180mi and i will NOT power mod it until it's up over 1100 miles. So unless i take a rediculous road trip some time real so, that's not gonna happen. But once my exhaust arrives, the AP is the next step
